It took an extra 20 minutes (so waiting for the T-Pass on Oct 1) and I didn't need to get on 93, but it was causing all of 28 to go slow.
I used 2 parking lots: 28S past Pet Smart, out the back, left onto 16E, straight through the circle, left into Stations Landing, out the back and left at the light back onto 28. I am guessing that save at least 10 minutes of just sitting in traffic trying to cross 16.
OT: I need to come pick up the last of my things I couldn't fit into storage I will email.
